I had a terrible experience with Agapito Torres. I paid him $900 upfront to repair the remaining issue on my car and it just sat there untouched for two weeks. Out of nowhere, he takes the car back to my house with no repairs done—and still kept the full $900. To top it off he returned it with 532 extra miles and an empty tank. I had him send me a picture of the car millage when he initially took it and compared it to when I received it. I asked him and his worker for explanation on this and both had no nothing to say.
