I came in from Houston and these guys took care of my car and were upfront and honest. Great service! Wish they were in Houston!
Had went there to ask a price/had some tires i needed they just stared at me like they didn’t know what english was . unprofessional about the situation i asked and nothing was said ! idk if they was just having a bad day but not how to treat a potential customer !
The staff here at New Iberia Tires and Wheels are remarkable. Excellent customer service seems to come naturally to each person that has helped me here so far. They have great rates (perhaps even the best in town) and are always kind and professional. I wholeheartedly recommend this provider! -Best!
I went somewhere to get my tire patched and they said they couldn’t patch bc it had already been plugged before ( I assume previous owners) and that they hadn’t done a good job and that I’d need to buy a new tire. I had been planning to buy 4 new tires after Christmas I just didn’t want to right now. Came here and moe helped us get a good used tire for real cheap to hold us over til we were ready to buy new ones and also offered us a good deal on new tires when we were ready.
