Wow, where do I begin? First I want to say thank you to Dr.Mehta and to the nurses Ariana and the first nurse that help us in the room. They treated my mother in law with so much love and dignity , she came home and talked so lovingly about you guys to my wife. The care was so professional I did not realize it wasn't from Northwell Hospital. Every check point was staffed with welcoming, informative, patient and caring people. The desk, the registration, the prep staff and anesthesia group all upbeat and competent. The venue is pristine and state of the art. And a pleasant temperature. I usually freeze at these procedures. Thank you all for your efforts. And my supreme gratitude and respect and appreciation to the gifted Dr Sardinha who has always been a joy and comfort.
The staff and doctors were very friendly and amazing. However, I had a very negative experience when it came to scheduling. Two days before my procedure, someone called me to confirm. They left a message asking me to come in at 11 as opposed to my 130pm scheduled time. When I called back to confirm, they told me that they had a cancellation earlier in the day and I would be seen shortly after 11. I had them confirm this on the phone twice!
