We've had a nice stay, and have extended it for a couple more days. Very nice, large room. Bedroom carpet should be replaced. Other than that, its great. Resort staff are really excellent

Beware! The room was rated a 1 because we were lied to in-order to attend a high pressure SALES presentation and can be. trapped. . I was clear I did not want anything being sold like a timeshare. I was assured it wasn’t. Fact is it’s the same high pressure sales model as a time share. Silver $35K and Gold $60K discounted down only today and immediately when they are done. I’ve stayed at this location multiple times and absolutely love it!!! I recommend booking directly through them and not a 3rd party site because I had some issues with that but thanks to the Manager Russell he went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted out for me. Such a nice kindhearted guy he stayed in contact with me to make sure everything was worked out as well. I definitely recommend this resort everything was nice clean and the view of the marina is breathtaking!!!

Im very disappointed about my experience at this resort. Ever since the first day, we alreary started having a bad time. We couldn't sleep one of the whole nights because the room smelled of sewer, and I woke up with a horrible headache. After that I complained and they changed our room, in the new room there were also a bunch of problems. The hair dryer didn't work, the shower barely worked, the dryer and washer were both broken too, and the toilet wasnt cleaned well either. In general the room is not in good conditions.
