Manage your expectations! Not a 3-star hotel. Don't let the "Hotel Collection" name fool you. you aren't getting a hotel—you’re getting a very basic, outdated motel AirBNB Pros: Friendly staff, good location, and the room was clean,big bathroom Cons: Very small rooms, run-down building, low water pressure, and zero amenities (no pool, no room service, no vending). We checked in on a Friday afternoon and we’re supposed to check out on a Sunday morning. We ended up leaving early ( Saturday morning) due to how unsatisfied and upset we were with the location. The total for two nights was $741. As anyone would, we thought the waterpark was included… We were very much wrong. You only get one free pass per room and everyone else has to pay an additional $22 and there is no reentry. Ok I never post bad reviews or at least try not to. The room itself wasn’t so clean. It was roaches in the door of the shower the floors in the bathroom needed to be swept I can tell what the last person had in the room . We literally found a nasty booger on the pillow case was by far the nastiest!!! Yuck! The pool issue well we checked in about 520 only for them to tell us the waterslides close at 6. Then we couldn’t use the pool until 6pm for free..they don’t have a pool of their own you have to use the pool at splash harb... read more
