We just spent the week in unit 5517, which is one of the condos here. I never leave reviews, but wanted to warn families who are thinking about staying here. This is the review I wish I would have read before we booked. Our unit was surprisingly filthy. I went out and bought cleaning supplies the first night, but hardly put a dent in it. I cleaned the floors twice and the bottoms of our feet were still black within minutes. Every cabinet door handle and drawer pull were black and sticky. This place is filthy. The kids had bites on them this morning when they woke up. We waited 5 1/2 hours for clean towels to be delivered to our room. The water park was the only nice place on this property. I would not recommend this place whatsoever! Also please be careful in the parking lot. Please be careful in the parking lot there is a lot of concrete they is broken and I almost fell!
