We had a great stay here , rooms are great love the space , and view of waterpark was great , only 3 min walk to beach and shops to find anything you need , management was great and made everything very simple ,our rooms were ready early and we even go a later check out . We will def go back . We stayed at sand key the year before and liked this place better . Everything was great , nothing I would change or ask them to improve . I came here for vacation. When I entered the room was so big! Own kitchen and supplies! Everything was nice and clean, smelled fresh. Balcony chairs were a little old but didn't break. Couch had a little stain on it. Not much, though. One thing that I HATED was that there is absolutely no parking at any time! It was hard to find parking since the very parking lot is full. Good luck finding a parking lot if you leave to go to a restaurant. The beach was so pretty and amazing, especially at sunset. The service was great!

This was an excellent experience for our small family with a 1 year old. The location is excellent, with many restaurants and even a CVS, and fire station within walking distance. We forgot to pack milk for our son so we walked to CVS to get it, then we forgot about swimsuit for my husband and we were able to walk to the store right next to it to buy him one. the restaurants surrounding it are absolutely incredible and the beach itself is about a 3 min walk.
