Chad Watercraft and his team recently cut down or trimmed more than 20 trees for me. It has been a long time since I have seen professionalism and skills exhibited at this level. They arrived on time, we discussed the work to be done, a price was agreed on, and the work began. They never slowed down and exhibited teamwork and followed the strictest safety procedures. We in Bemidji Minnesota were hammered by 120 mph winds in late June. The 100+ year old Norway Pine fell everywhere including our house on the Mississippi River. I have a local tree service I love but fortunately I ran into Dan, Chad, and crew from New Horizons. They had the big heavy equipment and experience to deal with our many issues. They busted their butts for 3 days to open our driveway, get trees off buildings, large Norway Pine off our dock and boat lift, and completely dealt with current problems and trees that poss... read more
