John Romano, if you get wind of this, listen up! I was brought here involutarily!! The "helpful staff" are supposed to answer any and all concerns directly from the patients. Let me tell ya, it's extremely difficult to get their attention. It's like they are talking to each in their own little world most of the time. Five phone calls to get proper meds as pharmacy did not have script yet, was told it was called in when it was not. God forbid it be an emergency
Completely dissatisfied, horrified, disgusted, frustrated, regretful to have taken our child there. Our 8 yr old. girl , with NO prior behavioral problems what so ever, was medicated with a sedative in spite of our request she not be medicated in any way without our written permission. We were told that upon admittance her urine would be tested for drugs, which didn't happen until two days later and at our demand.
