I'm having to fix a return from Horizon Services because she is not returning this persons phone calls. The charged her bank and they did something to her refund that she has not received. Please call them back. You know who they are.
Michele was supposed to fix my credit last year.. I paid $1,000 she never fixed anything. She called and disputed a few things while I was in the office thru experian.. once. Nothing was taken off of my credit and she will not return my calls, emails or anything. I DEFINITELY BELIEVE SHE IS A SCAMMER AT THIS POINT. ITS BEEN A YEAR AND NO RESULTS NO COMMUNICATION, NO FOLLOW UPS AT ALL. I wouldn’t trust these people to do my taxes after claiming to fix credit and don’t deliver. one word- SCAMMERS
