Mike came out and hooked up our new LP tank. Extremely knowledgeable and took pride in his work. Also went above and beyond and found a loose connection at the house that I’d have never thought to check. Great field crew and very professional office and sales people. Happy to be a New Horizons customer.
We switched to New Horizons last fall. Tom the technician did a great job and found a kink in the line after he did a leak test. Grateful they do this testing for our safety. Also I appreciate the new monitor so we don’t have to worry about that. They take care of it if we get low. Highly recommend.
