Absolutely the WORST Office. I had a Psych and a Therapist with NH, and I had issues with both. The Psych Dr. that I had kept insisting I had a disorder that I did not believe I had. When I mentioned that I believe I am Autistic and have ADHD, he declined that it was possible. The therapist, every visit would tell me that I am a problem, and after 3 years of outpatient care with this office, I was MORE SICK than when I arrived. Called the crisis line in need of help. I did my best to communicate, but apparently not enough. The woman asked, "what's happening " like I hadn't just done my best to express the extreme depression and anxiety and Sui thoughts. I felt unheard, so I apologized and hung up in tears, feeling there's no hope or help to be found.
They DO NOT answer their phone. I have left 5 messages and they haven't called me back. I like my provider though and that is the reason I am giving a 1 star review. I ended up in a major depression episode and got no help from new horizons. I had to call the administrator in order to get a call back.
Horrible staff.................... 3 years later almost. I met a woman there. They didn't like it and said we shouldn't see each other because we shouldn't be in relationships for a while. I will add photos. We are now married and have a happy family. So even though staff wasnt the best. I did meet my life long partner. She and I have had the best recovery experience since I signed out. Thanks Kimberly
