The program is good and works if you follow the rules and do what you are supposed to. Sometimes it takes a few tries but don’t give up.
Since the methadone clinic at UHS New Horizons has gotten a new program director things have quickly gone down hill. As patients we are no longer treated as equals. The staff is unfair and treats the patients like we are the scum of the earth. Counselors discuss results of Urinalysis tests in the hallway in front of whoever happens to be there and take home doses are becoming close to impossible to get.
