Wow it's so disappointing I have been a patient here for years she just up and abandoned the Aurora location you can't get ahold of anybody that can help with your medical issues all you get is the same guy that answers the phone that's pretty much all he can do is answer a phone! they can't fax papers to other doctors when they say they will!they cant do anything it's ridiculous she has all my records and I can't even get a hold of anyone for every single thing you have to make another appointment and all you get is a over ... read more

They canceled a telehealth appointment an hour before the appointment, and their practices regarding prescriptions are a bit money-grabby. You HAVE to make an appointment each time to get your prescriptions refilled, so paying a copay just to sit in the room with the doctor and have them sign off on it, or to make any changes to a different pharmacy.
Made new patient appt for 4:00 and arranged work schedule to be there. I filled out all of the extensive online paperwork the morning of. I then received automated address and directions. I showed up at 3:45 to a very angry receptionist that was not only rude and demeaning but angry. Tried to tell me I hadn’t confirmed the appt that morning so he cancelled my appt.
