DONT BECOME A PATIENT HERE!!! they constantly tell me an appointment time for it either to be another appointment time or they move it .. never telling me till I show up AFTER the time they moved it to and they tell me I’m out of luck and to wait for a call the next day.. gave me the wrong time for that call as well! I’ve been a patient of New Horizons since they were newly opened, at the “old office” on Beacon St in Brookline. I’ve had a few doctors, and have found they are all compassionate and professional. I’ve never had an issue with appointments, whether I need to change them last minute etc, they understand that life and work are foundational to long term sobriety, and will always accommodate within reason.
