DONT BECOME A PATIENT HERE!!! they constantly tell me an appointment time for it either to be another appointment time or they move it .. never telling me till I show up AFTER the time they moved it to and they tell me I’m out of luck and to wait for a call the next day.. gave me the wrong time for that call as well! I’ve been a patient of New Horizons since they were newly opened, at the “old office” on Beacon St in Brookline. I’ve had a few doctors, and have found they are all compassionate and professional. I’ve never had an issue with appointments, whether I need to change them last minute etc, they understand that life and work are foundational to long term sobriety, and will always accommodate within reason. I started in Brookline transferred to Lynn and am I Haverhill and if you take your recovery seriously they will give you all the tools to succeed. It’s not just about medication they help in every way you need it. When you walk into some recovery places you feel judged but here the front desk workers make you feel as comfortable as possible. Thank you New Horizons you saved my life and I’m sure I’m not the only one. If I can do it anyone can. Don’t hesitate to call and get your treatment going.
