I am Mom in Cricket’s review. I am sitting at the company and have been here for 20 mins waiting for Tim Allord to come talk to me because he is on the phone. The phone has rung twice and I have even just called and got an answer machine. There is a woman sitting at a desk on a computer who must not know how to answer the phone and Erin a manager (who by the way does not know how to refund money) is here along with Tim.
