I am Mom in Cricket’s review. I am sitting at the company and have been here for 20 mins waiting for Tim Allord to come talk to me because he is on the phone. The phone has rung twice and I have even just called and got an answer machine. There is a woman sitting at a desk on a computer who must not know how to answer the phone and Erin a manager (who by the way does not know how to refund money) is here along with Tim. **update** I reach out to the company, after they responded to my review. Funny they could take the time to respond here and make themselves look good, but they can’t respond to my emails. I do not want a future credit to use in their place of business, someone that gives you a 1 star only because no stars isn’t an option has no intentions on ever spending money with you again.. or telling anyone to do so at that. From the beginning the company has been awful. Ordering online was fine, but they give you a date on the website that the company can’t not meet. My mom ordered, and went to pick her stuff up the day the website gave her and they had not even started the orders yet they had just ordered them. Fine. Understandable.. but communication about that would have been good since she left work to go the them drove 30 minutes and her items weren’t even started. We ordered some sweatshirts for our crew, and they came out great! Erin was quick at getting us a quote for the sweatshirts, ordering a couple samples, and placing our order. I could not believe how low the price was, and the quality of the screen printing was amazing! This is our new home for our company gear.
