While travelling to Port Douglas, I unexpectedly found myself in need of dental assistance due to the loss of a crown 🦷 and the pain it caused. After calling numerous practices and being turned away, I found Dr Graeme Stringer's practice through Google. Ms Elise Geleijnse went above and beyond to get me an emergency appointment with Dr Stringer. Had an emergency dental procedure, two weeks ago, travelling from Melbourne and the dentist was totally amazing, meeting me after hours to carry out the work, totally recommend, so professional!! Thankyou so much
Professional through out the process without expection
I advise you not to have your teeth cleaned here because I worked at a dentist and it didn't seem as real as I found myself at home. In fact it was done quickly as they took my money practically for free. I pointed out that it wasn't very well made and after he resumed work he replied: "Okay, I can't do more than that".
I really don't recommend this dentist in Port Douglas if you don't want to waste your money!! I made several appointments for a crown (including an appointment that was given to me by mistake and I taken a day off for that… I was kind because yes, a mistake can happen to anyone of course) but at each appointment I explained to the dentist that I still had pain and he told me that it was normal and the pain would go away after a few weeks using his toothpaste (I bought 4…).
