Jamie helped me get my account working again and educated me on account information.
Very friendly and family oriented. The best experience I’ve had with a bank in 30 years. She really took the time to explain everything and didn’t force anything on me. I was thoroughly impressed by Patricia out of the Saraland Alabama branch.

Brandon Jenkins is the rudest employee they have. He doesn’t know how to talk to customers. He a very aggressive person. He gives you false information when applying for a loan.
Visited the branch today to handle some difficult transactions. Jamie was awesome and helped out despite being odd requests that the branch had never performed these transactions. She took the initiative to dig in to find the required forms.
