Dr kola is amazing! I’ve gone to him on and off for 3 years now, he has been a blessing. It’s not a easy process and I cry everytime but the healing is necessary and the sessions have helped me grow. I stop going and always end up coming back.. I think therapy is like working out and is always gonna be needed.
