Of course we went in to our first session not really knowing what to expect. Yes, we were a little defensive and somewhat nervous. Within moments, Mark dispelled our worries and concerns. He made it very clear that his sole purpose was to get us through the issues we were dealing with and head us to a better quality of life. He was understanding, un-bias and supportive.
