I tried going to New Horizons when I first moved to Lancaster. My first appointment I thought I was going to meet the psychiatrist. They took me into some small little room and put me in front of a computer screen (the doctor wasn't even in the building .... I don't even know if she was in town). I've never felt more humiliated. They lead you to believe that your appointment will be face-to-face , but trust me it won't be. This the same disappointment with PATH too !
