I had a terrible experience at New Horizons Automotive. Not only did they do a shoddy job on my car repairs, but they also tried to scam me out of more money than we had originally agreed upon. The customer service was horrible, and they were not transparent about the costs or the timeline for the repairs. I would not recommend this place to anyone, as they are clearly more interested in making a quick buck than actually helping their customers. Stay far away from New Horizons Automotive if you value your time and money.
My car was sent to Donaven May to get in diagnostic. Donaven sent my car to a different shop without my permission now he states he has nothing to do with it. I’m still fighting for my car. From 12/2022 to now. Not recommend. No stars for me -⭐️ had to put one to post
Donovan May owner of this shop. He said he could get me a car from an auto auction. Gave him and his wife $20,000 get the car. Then they told me that the car I want would be $5,000 more. So I gave them the $5,000. Then they told me it would be $3,000 to ship the car. Gave them the $3,000. Come to find out it was a salvaged car and they were trying to get $13,000 more out of me to fix the car. I said no way am I giving them more money. So I basically walked away with nothing.
