New Horizons was a great experience for us. Their customer service is awesome.. it was great to be able to pull into our campsite and unwind while they set everything up. Our family would definitely rent from theses folks again. Very reasonably prices units are great selection to choose from. Kim & James

If we could give 10 stars we would but Google only allows 5 ! Recently had a family reunion at Shylyn Ranch. Our RV rental was set up and ready to go. The CO2 sensor decided to go off and Jon was out right away to help troubleshoot (our fault of course, genny was too close to trailer) The whole rental process was seamless and the price was right and our whole family including the dog had a great time. Will definitely be using them again.

We had the best experience renting a trailer. Set up and take down was absolutely seamless and John made everything so easy! recommend this for your next glamping trip!

We had an amazing experience with Jon from start to finish! 10/10 service and communication and incredibly accommodating! The rv was very clean, organized, and comfortable! Highly recommend and would use again for another family weekend!
