Jon was absolutely amazing to deal with. His customer service was outstanding, and he truly went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing to rent an RV.
I used new horizon a few times to camp between enderby and Mable lake and they have gone above and beyond every time to ensure a quality vacation with their units. Thanks to John and wife we had a great stay once again, cannot recommend enough.
Super quick communication and delivery. Great service and full set up.
From start to finish Jon & Amanda get a more than 5 star rating. From my last minute date & trailer change to the end when they picked up my trailer! The trailer was clean and very well equipped and communication was excellent. Will be using New Horizon again next year! Thank you very much. Barb Davis
Excellent company. Seamless experience, thank you.
