Several weeks ago, we hired Mike and his crew to replace our roof. Not only did they do a great job on the roof; but they left the place clean with no nails or roofing materials scattered around. Just a few weeks after finishing the job, Mike called back to personally check on us and to make sure there had been no problems. We had searched for quite a long time trying to choose a company who was noted for a stellar job and fairly priced. We found them and would absolutely recommend them.
Installation of new roof shingles was done on schedule and as proposed. I highly recommend New Horizon for any roofing work you might need.
I deeply regret hiring this roofing service. The team was unprofessional and disorganized. Cleanup was nonexistent, communication was almost non-existent, and the roof started leaking within a month. Definitely not worth the time or money.
Terrible experience from start to finish. The project was delayed multiple times without explanation. The workers seemed rushed and careless, and after the job, I noticed gaps in the roofing and poor installation of flashing. I had to hire another contractor to fix their mistakes.
would never recommend this company. They gave me a low quote to get the job but kept adding hidden charges. The workmanship was sloppy, with misaligned shingles and improperly sealed edges. They also left nails and other debris scattered around my yard.
