Terrible have tried number and number on message and no luck. Are they in business?
Mike ghosted me. I called, emailed, texted. Left messages with office. I paid for and was promised a fortified roof. I still have not received the certificate. The certificate reduces my insurance 25%. Also , they installed a white ridge cap on a black roof. He promised to come back and replace it with a black one. Not to mention materials that he left on site that I had to repeatedly ask him to remove.
Mike and his team did a nice job on my roof. I’ve been meaning to leave a review for a couple years. I have to say Mike coming out to my property so quickly after a named hurricane and working with the insurance adjuster/company was really fantastic. He got me on the books quickly and was very patient with me explaining so much. (I would like to mention that if a mistake is ever made you may have to reach out a few times but I believe if you follow up enough they will take care of it. Contacted Mike and Jim about roofing options. They were very helpful in providing estimates for metal and shingle roofing. There were other issues that I had with my chimney pipe. Mike assured me that he would come up with a solution that I would like, and he did, with the help from his team. Communication with Mike and Jim was not an issue.
