I had a GREAT message today! I had a Groupon also and had gotten one for my husband as well. He said it was the BEST message he had ever had. Our appointments were on different days and both were on time. Everyone was very helpful and the message therapist really knew her stuff- if felt wonderful and I'm feeling great thsi evening as well. They had some great additional offers today which I took advantage of for the holidays. I highly recommend them to everyone.

1 STAR ONLY BECAUSE I HAD TO! BEWARE!!! I've gone to these people twice before, and I tried giving them one more chance. FIFTEEN times I called to make an appointment and STILL they never answer! The first time, they had me drive 45 min. to a location that wasn't even offering my service. My wasted time and work off...when I complained to the doctor at the Tampa location, not even a discount was offered for my hundreds$ lost....DON'T DO IT! Can we give -negative stars???

The worst experience I have ever had last year and, don't ask me why, I decided to schedule an appointment with them this year!!!!. The same happened!!!! Cancelled my app. at the last minute and made me drive 45min from St Pete to Tampa for my botox treatment (a walk in). After almost 5 HOURS I could not take it any longer and plus...they ran out of botox! Mickey Mouse operation. Don't go. I am still trying to get my 109 dollars back. No luck yet.

I purchased a Groupon for this place. I made the appointment in July. They sent me an email canceling the week before my appointment telling me that there were too many Groupon customers and that I had to reschedule after October 1st. When I called to do that I got an answering machine that told me to leave a message and they will return my call in 24-48 hours. They never did. I'm getting my $$ back from Groupon.

I arrived on time for my appointment and ended up sitting in the waiting room for 45min with the same annoying 5 minute video looping the entire time. The staff was friendly enough, though I don't know that I'd recommend this place.
