Worst lawn care service I've ever hired. Prepaid Rick in February. Didn't show up until end of April. I called, basically told he has too many accounts. He tells me he treats every six weeks? If your not treating again until July that's not the service I expected. Please cancel and provide the rest of the prepayment. 30 days passes I ask again after I hire a new service and he says his business model has no access to refund payments! They don’t respect boundaries that we spoke about over the phone, I take pride in tending to my own lawn. His guys continuously edge pass the boundary in that god awful angle and cut way over that established boundary. My neighbors depend on them for snow removal but I have had to help them several times, since they will not show up for days.
