They don’t respect boundaries that we spoke about over the phone, I take pride in tending to my own lawn. His guys continuously edge pass the boundary in that god awful angle and cut way over that established boundary. My neighbors depend on them for snow removal but I have had to help them several times, since they will not show up for days. We moved here a year ago and our lawn was pathetic and embarrassing. It had more weeds than grass. We called New Horizon and they gave us a very reasonable estimate and started their service right away. In just that year our lawn has not only improved but looks so amazing!
