I've never gave a negative review in my life, but have to agree 100% with the negative ones given here regarding rude narcissistic behavior and all else stated. Extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism. I actually begged Andrew Archer to complete an insurance claim with an itemized quote he helped us start for $32,000 (per his first statement in damages to trees and property damage he wrote up). birdeye appears to be a place where whiners go.......
Horrible experience even trying to hire this company. I asked them if I could prepare the sand subbase for a cost reduction and they very rudely told me that that was not an option and they didn't want my business if I was going to "be that way". I asked to speak with his supervisor and he said that he was the OWNER OF THE COMPANY! Thank goodness the owner was so blatantly rude! It saved me from actually hiring them!
