We moved our mother into a New Horizon home 9 months ago and she is thriving❣️❣️❣️ It was absolutely THE BEST decision that we could have made❣️❣️❣️ When you arrive and step over the threshold, you immediately feel like you are at home. The staff is AMAZING, the homes are so inviting, and welcoming!!! My mom has been a New Horizons Home resident for a year and a half. I can’t say enough amazing things about the care staff with New Horizon. This is not just a job it is a calling …and they care for and love their residents like their own family. My mom is treated with kindness and respect. She is cared for and loved on in a warm, clean and welcoming environment. She has actually improved since moving into a New Horizon home. We are thankful for this wonderful care organization!!!
New Horizon Homes cared for my husband during the final 5 months of his life. They provided the most loving, caring, friendly, clean and safe environment for him. I highly recommend the Rocky Top house. With that said, I have toured and met the staff at Knollview and Campbell. They are all exceptional care givers.
