Horrible customer service!! They sent a contractor to my home who had an emotional breakdown and left my furniture in the kitchen and walked off site. Ken thought that was ok and did nothing to resolve it! I asked for the contractor's license number and they refused to give it to me! They miss measured, arrived without the supplies needed and that was ok with them. I will never refer them to anyone...
Awesome prices, good customer service! Ken, the owner is very helpful and knowledgeable. Had carpet installed, the men were very professional, on time and did a fantastic job! Highly recommend New Horizon Carpets!
