My husband and I were so excited about the 2-car detached garage. Rafeal was great telling us they stand behind all their work. We left a $2716.50 deposit on 02/22/2022. The concrete crew left our yard a hot mess. Mrs. ****, We have spoken about the issues stated above a few times. I understand your frustration as I know that you want these problems eradicated as quickly as possible. As far as the dented sheets go, we do have the materials here to replace those. However, as we are a small company and employee shortages are an issue nationwide, we are doing the best that we can and we hope to have someone out within the next 2 weeks to get this fixed up for you. We got a building from this company and the "owner" or the one who claims to be the owner is disrespectful, we would be happy if they came and fixed the leak we have... that's all we've asked is for a leak to be fixed that's their responsibility. We've called and called and the guy shows up to tell us "I'm not fixing a **** thing". All we want is the leak fixed as promised, I don't feel that's too much to ask considering we have a warranty and it was just put up in November. This owner is this companies biggest problem.

We have attempted to fix this repair however when we were there to do so the *******were extremely volatile towards us pushing the owner and telling his wife to get a gun from the home when we tried to leave he locked himself inside our truck spit on the windows we had to call the police to assist us in leaving the property we have offered to pay a third party to fix the leak as we will not be returning to there property but they have not responded to us they only keep putting bad reviews
Horrible customer service. The owner refered to me as "baby" when i simply asked if the company could get a tarp to cover the area the door they said would be here in time with the building, but wasn't and they left us with a gaping hole instead. They are very rude. They get a quick attitude if you have any concerns with your building.
I would not buy from this company again. Quality product but lack of supervision of who they subcontract to put building together. I purchased a 30 x 40 garage in July. Was built around beginning of August. I have reached out several times to company spoke with Jessica and assured me everything would be fixed. I have text messages also saying everything would be fixed but no response since end of August. Have been told owner would call me no response.
