My AC went out 3 1/2 weeks ago- and Cinch/Total Protect Home Warranty Has failed to fix it despite it being 90°. I called New Horizon yesterday. They came out in the afternoon to look at the problem and returned this morning with all of the parts needed to fix it. It took them less than 24 hours to fix- which my home warranty scammers have failed to do in almost a month. Well I am not happy at all. I actually used this company a year ago and I was impressed with them but this year one day my AC stopped blowing cold and I called them and they were able to get someone out the same day which I really appreciated and the guy came out and showed me the AC disconnect some part that had melted ......ironically it was in a box where the last guys that came out the year before had left a panel off of the outside of it and the part inside melted, but Nick told me it was just because it was old so I wa... read more
