After reading your reply, it seems obvious you did not read what I posted as soon as you bypassed the AC disconnect, which I am told now is not even up to code as far as safety. The house started cooling down and you were outside for 30 minutes playing on your phone you did not have the part that needed to be replaced so I now have no AC disconnect, then you came in and said would you like some Freon and I said well if I need it, but the house was already cooling. My AC went out 3 1/2 weeks ago- and Cinch/Total Protect Home Warranty Has failed to fix it despite it being 90°. I called New Horizon yesterday. They came out in the afternoon to look at the problem and returned this morning with all of the parts needed to fix it. It took them less than 24 hours to fix- which my home warranty scammers have failed to do in almost a month. The two men who were sent out to fix the AC, along with the sales rep, were all very professional and friendly. My mother had recommended them because she w... read more

Well I am not happy at all. I actually used this company a year ago and I was impressed with them but this year one day my AC stopped blowing cold and I called them and they were able to get someone out the same day which I really appreciated and the guy came out and showed me the AC disconnect some part that had melted ......ironically it was in a box where the last guys that came out the year before had left a panel off of the outside of it and the part inside melted, but Nick told me it was just because it was old so I wa... read more
