Felt disrespected from the moment I walked in by all staff. The doctor came in checked me over and left, no answers for my ongoing fever and cough. My pharmacy called me and said my prescription was ready. I didn’t even know they sent one over! When I went to pick it up the pharmacist said “you must have been to that urgent care. They send the same “care package” for every patient.”

Don’t respond with the cookie cutter HIPAA or privacy response because my comment won’t apply. Just reevaluate your staff’s demeanor and your hours reduction just in time for FLU SEASON! I took my son to be seen for a fever and other issues. It was before 5:30 on 10/21/24 and before we even stepped to the counter the receptionist said that he would not be seen because they were at patient capacity for the day.
