Hands down the best decision I ever made in my life I started methadone clinic in Knoxville but still did stuff I wasn't supposed to once I got here it all changed I had the best counselor I have ever had in my life it's sad she's just an addiction counselor I wish she was a counselor for mental health I was in my whole family to her if you want to change and get clean and want help and have support and have somebody to talk to when you need it give this place a call and make sure you ask for Tia Tia is the best counselor in... read more

I moved here from Tampa FL and chose New Hope since it was only 6 miles from my new home in the area . I had a great experience here and felt very comfortable. There were no invasive questions like my last clinic (even though that’s normal ) and every single staff member from the receptionist to the dr, dosing nurses, PA and counselors were all exceptionally kind.The dr was down earth and made me feel comfortable. I feel like when life hits hard on client that this place should still try to stay open at least five mins after business hours when I came to get my dose for the next day she locks the door in my face I even called she said long as your here in six min I was there in the parking walking to the door when the parking lot still full ppl sitting in lobby that’s fucked up now I see why ppl go get high bc I will lock it up not care for one person only they care for they paycheck not human if they did they would not lock doors rig... read more

This is the best choice I had ever made. It was a life changing experience. The staff were so welcoming they were supportive they went out of their way to help me with anything I needed or even wanted. There were not days that I felt alone there.
