The food is good they helped me out a lot and the service is good they care about the kid and I appreciate them

I was personally at new hope for a year and 2 months, this place is absolutely life changing I appreciate everything that they have done for me, they helped find me a family when my caseworker wouldn't, so thank you new hope for giving me hope!!
Wow! A lot of ya'll are very ungrateful and rude. The staff there was NEVER anything but good to me and everyone there. Me and my sister were both there. She came out a whole new person. Also you only get short phone calls when your on NC and your only on NC when you behave poorly. They put in a lot of effort to make you feel safe and comfortable. The staff there was amazing.
