I was a resident at New Hope 2 years ago and that place is life changing. Brought me a long way to notice that it’s not all my fault and I’ll become the person I wanted to be when I’m ready! Staff was very helpful and beyond the best staff I’ve ever seen. Teachers make sure you work and earn your right credits. I lived here as a 16 year old child. I am 43 years old now. If you have a child here get them out. This place gave me so much PTSD, anxiety, and fear that I still deal with as an adult. There is a time out room with metal walls and a concrete floor, metal door in the older house this is how you was punished if you wasn't being restrained like a criminal. They lie to parents and DFS when they talk to there children to make your kid sound like a liar. These children homes are worse then any abuse I recieved at home. I am a sur... read more
