As a new patient at NewHope Pharmacy, I’ve had nothing but great experiences so far. Every interaction—with both the staff and the pharmacist—has been kind, professional, and genuinely welcoming. As a pharmacy technician myself, I truly appreciate how much more community-focused and personal a pharmacist-owned, family-run pharmacy like this one is compared to big retail chains. Hopefully nothing changes which I don’t expect anything to.

Been coming here for years. The new assistant is so rude. They wouldn’t fill my sons prescription because “wouldn’t make any money”. Never had this issue and then when she told me I had to transfer pharmacies. I don’t know any others cause Ive only ever used her. The assistant than got rude and loud at me. We all have our bad days. But I don’t deserve to be snapped at when I’m just trying to get my kids meds. If I was being rude I could get it but I wasn’t.

This pharmacy is the best. Friendly service and very fast. I'll never go another cvs or walgreens pharmacy again. 5's. Highly recommend
