I have talked to Ariel and he came and give me draft estimates for remodeling of few apartment units. He is very hard to reach out to you. Never return the calls. And, he messaged me few time that he will call me back soon. I told him how critical it is to finish this urgently. I will suggest everyone not to waste anytime with him.

The owner estimated costs for every step of the remodel: demo, drywall, plumbing, tiling, painting, etc., and the final results aligned very well with these estimates. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME MEETING WITH THEM. I met with Ariel regarding a full kitchen remodel with additional projects including removing a load bearing wall, replacing an exterior door and installing a new mantle for our fireplace. He sent his cabinet company the next day and I was promised a quote in a few days. It's now been over two weeks with no response from his office after I called for an update. Unreliable and unprofessional.
We discovered Mold in our Attic above my child's bedroom. I hired restorepro to remove the mold. They were great but they keep removal and rebuild separate. Got a quote from New Hope too. Ariel came out very quickly and gave us a quote within a short time. Restorepro took 10 days to get us a quote with a 12 ft hole to my attic. Not great. I chose New Hope and I am very glad. I was trying to find someone to convert an oddly shaped room under the stairs in my house into a pantry. I requested a few quotes from different handymen with no response. When I contacted New Hope Painting, they were at my house and quoted me a price in a few days. We hired them and they were able to come do the job in less than 1.5 weeks. They did a great job and were very efficient. We love our new pantry!
