They don't answer their phones, called MANY times to be told their hours on an automatic system... They close at 5:30... It's currently 2 pm. Good luck getting someone on the phone.

New Hope is a great company to work for! The team is supportive, and you can really tell they care about both their employees and the people they serve. I had an amazing trainer, Gaberiel, who was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and made sure I felt confident and prepared in my role.
