New Hope is a great company to work for! The team is supportive, and you can really tell they care about both their employees and the people they serve. I had an amazing trainer, Gaberiel, who was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and made sure I felt confident and prepared in my role. I’ve gained meaningful experience here and feel like the work I do makes a difference.
