Just got a call that our boat New Hope Marine was ready after having an oil/impeller change and a battery swap. I’m not even going to tell you what it cost, but they seem to believe that it takes more than FOUR hours of labor to complete these basic tasks. Looking at a YouTube video someone who has never done it before would figure it out in less than two hours. Charged us more than double what they had told us on the phone. It is regrettable that Ms. Miszkiewicz has chosen to air her grievances on social media after the owner of New Hope Marine spent the better part of an hour on the phone explaining to her and her husband the work we performed and the charges associated with that work. It is even more regrettable Ms. Miszkiewicz has chosen to misrepresent us and the work performed. Thank you to the entire staff at New Hope Marine for the recent work done on my 1999 C60 Yamaha outboard motor!! I can't wait to get it back out on the water!
Good group of people, no pressure to buy but once you do they have your back. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to buy a new or used boat.
