I was there for a short time but it was great staff are awesome and the place is nice with a pool and alot of outside ti set and enjoy the views thank u for the time i had there.
My experience at New Hope Manor was extremely disappointing. Before arriving, staff called me and assured me that my registered service dog, Coco, was fully approved and that everything had been checked. I was told she was completely fine to bring. After driving three hours to get there, I was suddenly informed she could not stay with me. This caused unnecessary stress and instability, especially because Coco is my service animal. I completed here in 7 months and that’s probably the earliest completion time that is given, they say 6-9 months but it will take 30 days to discharge you after you’ve been approved. I’m just going to say one thing that may be viewed as negative but it’s really just about your mindset. This facility really doesn’t like to just let you go, even if you’ve spent a full 6-9 months and did the work, stayed out of trouble.
