I called in for a quote was told I would get a call back once they entered my information. 4 days go by and I eventually call but it never got answered after sitting on the automated hold when you first call for 10 mins both times. Very frustrating that not only could I not get a hold of someone but it also took 6 days for me to receive a call back about a quote that doesn’t take more than 24 hours to do.
