Sonja was fabulous! I came in for a hearing test as I had been experiencing hearing loss in one of my ears. I came in very nervous, and Sonja made the whole experience comfortable for me. Sonja was able to explain the process every step of the way, ensuring I was comfortable with each step of the process. Kuldip had my blocked ear cleaned and free of obstruction in a matter of minutes and was very friendly and informative about the procedure! The young lady who greeted me at reception was radiant, friendly and made me feel most welcome to the clinic! Thanks for a great 1st experience!
Highly recommended if you're struggling with wax buildup. My ear has been fully congested for 5 days. In and out within 15 minutes.
