Had Emmanuel quote me a complete remodel on a bathroom and bedroom. After the work was done and I was looking at the quality I was appalled. The bedroom walls were to be retextured and painted. There were still nails in the walls. There was paint running onto brand new baseboards. There were multiple areas not retextured. The bathroom walls had white paint showing through the gray paint. This company helped us repair all the damages from a flood in three rooms from a toilet overflowing all night. This company was able to correct everything that was damaged and more. He has such detail to every facet of the repairs. Now our bathroom and offices look like a model home. My husband and I highly recommend this New Hope company. He will bring new hope to your dwelling. We praise God that Home Depot referred him to us. We are forever grateful.

I hired this company to rescreen part of my pool enclosure. The work done was everage at best with many wrinkles and poorly installed spline. Now some of the spline is coming out and the screen panels are becoming detached. I have called many times to get them to simply come out and put the spline back in properly in those places. It shouldn't take more than hour! At first they took my calls and promised to come out and fix it. They never showed up. Now they simply won't return my calls at all. I paid to have cabinets and vanities installed in two bathrooms. I am monumentally unhappy with the final result. Firstly, the wrong color sink in one of the vanities was delivered and Mr. Emmanuel S**** N*****, Owner of New Hope Handyman, didn't notice that the two sinks in the master bath did not match before they made the installation permanent.
