Words can't even explain the unbelievable unprofessionalism and shocking behavior of PA Kristina Metz Hedrick at this practice. Shame on all of you at New Hope Family Practice that claim your Christians
My husband and I were long time patients here and hung in there with them through all of their turn over of PA's out of respect for Dr. Brooks. Unfortunately, the last PA, Kristina Metz Hedrick, was the reason we ended up leaving this practice. Unbelievable unprofessionalism and just plain unacceptable behavior.
RecommendedDr. Connie Brooks is absolutely amazing. She is always so loving and caring everytime I have been in there. She always asks about my boys and even took time to pray over my baby boy before his surgery to remove a skull tumor and requested I call to give an update when he was out of surgery. You don't find that type of care and true compassion now a days. I highly recommend her.
It has gotten so you never actually see a doctor. Now after 16 years my husband and I have been asked to find another physician for no apparent reason. I do not recommend them

Connie Brooks is The Rudest Person I have ever met . She called my daughter trash because she complained about getting charged twice for the same visit !? Would never recommend her. Or this Practice
Dr. Daniel West from West Primary Care in Pembroke NC recommended this Dr. Brooks-Fernandez and her office. But I only had problems after problems where I didn't get my medication filled and the incompetent of the office didn't make any since. Ms. Donovan was nice and gave good recommendation, however the nurses didn't have my health as their best interest. I could have stroke out because my blood pressure was high and they didn't really care.
A great Family Practice that cares about their patients and their mission is to be the best provider they possibly can be everyday. Dr. Fernandez LISTENS and addresses a patients concerns thoroughly. Trust is a good word that applies to this practice. I have been a patient there for 8-9 years and found them to be Christian, patient focused and professional. One of the last real family practices around....
