Words can't even explain the unbelievable unprofessionalism and shocking behavior of PA Kristina Metz Hedrick at this practice. Shame on all of you at New Hope Family Practice that claim your Christians
My husband and I were long time patients here and hung in there with them through all of their turn over of PA's out of respect for Dr. Brooks. Unfortunately, the last PA, Kristina Metz Hedrick, was the reason we ended up leaving this practice. Unbelievable unprofessionalism and just plain unacceptable behavior.
