I first came to this practice about a year ago because i was experiencing terrible issues with running out of breath, and feeling exhausted. Julie ran blood work. Upon receiving the results , she rang my phone non stop until I answered to get me in right away for a blood transfusion at Christiana hospital due to my iron levels being well below the charts! I keep calling and leaving a request to get refills for my meds and they haven't called in the refills. At this point, I'm looking for another primary physician because I'm out of my meds which I need.
I’ve been going here for 8 years. I love my primary care doctor. Dr. Binkley is the best♥️♥️♥️ I can’t get a hold of anyone anymore. I’m not sure what’s going on there, but this used to be the best doctor, Dr. Binkley, I’ve ever had. Just poor receptionist and call back history.
I've been going to NHFM for awhile now and even though I live further away now, it is still worth the trip. The staff is always friendly, minus one but she isn't there anymore. Robert always takes the time to answer my questions and keeps me on track even though he is always running around whenever I'm there. Jean is absolutely fantastic. She takes the time to listen, explains everything in detail, and makes sure I understand what's going on.
