I’ve been going here for 8 years. I love my primary care doctor. Dr. Binkley is the best♥️♥️♥️ I can’t get a hold of anyone anymore. I’m not sure what’s going on there, but this used to be the best doctor, Dr. Binkley, I’ve ever had. Just poor receptionist and call back history.
I've been going to NHFM for awhile now and even though I live further away now, it is still worth the trip. The staff is always friendly, minus one but she isn't there anymore. Robert always takes the time to answer my questions and keeps me on track even though he is always running around whenever I'm there. Jean is absolutely fantastic. She takes the time to listen, explains everything in detail, and makes sure I understand what's going on. Very thorough and kind people.
The guy at the front desk was super nice but being a doctors office the smell was nauseating! The dogs are cute, but I don’t think that they’re helping, it smelled so sour in there. And the candles weren’t helping. It doesn’t look like the waiting room had been wiped down in a long time overall definitely not hygienic! We couldn’t tolerate the smell to see the doctor who I had high hopes for.
