I’ve been to New Hope Cyclery once to rent a bike and then again to buy one and the guys there are always so nice and helpful. When buying my bike they listened to what I wanted, gave suggestions, but didn’t try to upsell or do a hard sell for that matter. I also was able to leave with my bike and since they also do upkeep and repair they did a quick tune up and added on my accessories. Overall a great experience!
Nick and the staff at this bike shop are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They are very patient with my questions and genuinely seem to prioritize what’s best for both the rider and the bike. They take the time to assist you without making you feel rushed, embodying the ideal experience of a bike shop. Additionally, they offer a wide selection of rental bikes for the towpath, perfect for visitors. Highly recommended!
Amazing shop! Really friendly, helpful staff. Rental bikes in great condition and idea for the terrain - fat tires for the trails, very lightweight to carry across bridges. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to explore the area on bike!
