I purchased a bike from New Hope Cyclery, and the whole experience from start to finish had been completely and utterly horrible; I can only blame the owner Nick, and how he runs his business. Luckily, I reached out to Trek directly, and they made everything right. I couldn’t be happier with Trek as a bike and a company. New Hope Cyclery and the owner Nick are an embarrassment to the Trek brand.
