Ray at New Hope Auto has been my mechanic for multiple vehicles for a few years now. He is an honest, straightforward guy and has always done fair by me. For example, I had to have a transmission rebuilt. Ray warrantied the work about a year later, there was a problem with the new transmission. Ray arranged to have the transmission rebuilt/replaced at no cost to me. I have had numerous other situations like that where Ray has looked out for me.
