If I could give negative stars, I would. This animal hospital told me they don’t accept walk-ins, which is crazy considering they’re an animal HOSPITAL. I agreed to the up charge on the last-minute visit and proceeded to try and make my appointment, when the secretary, hung up on me. I will never bring my animals here because I can only imagine how the vets treat the animals, If the people answering the phones can’t even treat the clients right. Shame on this business, do better!
They were able to asess my dog and provide a treatment plan to get him back to health. Very professional and friendly staff. Might recommend they not hide their store front behind trees as they completely cover the sign. I didn't even know they were there and drive by almost daily to work.
Absolutely amazing place!!! They were quick, patient, and understanding!!! Very knowledgeable of resources and treatments and would honestly say after many different animal hospitals that did me and my pets wrong this one is very much recommended and I will start coming here for now on.
