Interesting how these employees get bonuses because of how much "need" there is in the area, yet they send people away in droves. Dont ypu think they would be helping to reduce the oriblem by now? No, how else would they get paid if they actually helped to stop the abusers in this tiwn. They don't. I'm 65 yrs old and found myself homeless, Yes homeless. I waited outside until they opened but a employee felt the need to 'rain on me'. SHE said, WE don't have services for you. Unless I show up with Black eyes. SHE said some other 'garbage' had me crying... Opened door, Locked IT. SHE didn't unlock door until I was gone. NEVER WILL I REFER ANYONE TO YOUR HEARTLESS BUSINESS.
It's absolutely insane to think that the only way you can get help from them is to put a restraining order on the person that you have been with for 10 years and simply because you guys don't get along anymore and you wish to separate so that things don't get out of hand or people go to jail you are advised by all the officers to contact New Hope but once you contact with new hope they will not help you unless you put a restraining order against the other party even if you have children with the other party and it just blows... read more
