Stay away from Sweetgrass and Graham Hart. The builders have conspired with the land mgmt company on the HOA to illegally increase resident homeowner assessments while wasting money that only benefits the builders. Do not trust the builder or the HOA. Stay away!

Bought a home in Sweetgrass. Builder Grahm Hart was good at communicating the first month. We have massive drainage issues with our home. Only to be met with “we tried to fix it already “ Unacceptable response while still under warranty. This community has a lot of drainage issues. We even had to meet with Haslet inspectors.
I recently purchased my home through Graham Hart Home Builders, and my experience was amazing! The entire process was smooth and professional from start to finish.
