Simply Beautiful
Too many cut corners and issues with many things. I own one. Don't buy Pardee. Horrible builders!
Do not spend your money on these homes. From the get go these houses have been slapped together and built in the cheapest manner possible you’ll end up spending more money trying to fix the poor craftsmanship that was done here. In less than a year my home’s structure is cracking and splitting apart, amongst many other issues no NEW home should be having. Disappointed. Do not waste your hard earned money here.
