Paul not only provided a detailed inspection report, but more importantly, he genuinely cared for our interest as a purchaser. We signed a contract to buy a newly built townhouse, and the inspection revealed major structural defects. Paul took the initiative to ring me after emailing the report, to caution me regarding the much sub-standard level of construction of the townhouse I was planning to buy. Thanks to Paul, we did not end up buying a dud.

Paul was great to have at our house to conduct a moisture thermal imaging building report he was easy to talk to and very experienced with the building industry his report was very professional and detailed Paul was also fantastic with our two young inquisitive kids Will definitely get him back for any future building reports that we need. Paul has completed two building and pest inspections for me recently and had done such an incredible job. He was so helpful and went through the report in detail over the phone and answered all questions very honestly!
