Paul not only provided a detailed inspection report, but more importantly, he genuinely cared for our interest as a purchaser. We signed a contract to buy a newly built townhouse, and the inspection revealed major structural defects. Paul took the initiative to ring me after emailing the report, to caution me regarding the much sub-standard level of construction of the townhouse I was planning to buy. Thanks to Paul, we did not end up buying a dud.
