This place just actually lost a future customer. I came in with some glasses that had been bent, hoping that they would help me out and fix them thinking that this could be my future eye care clinic since I am a new resident to New Holstein. They wouldn’t even look at them because I didn’t get them there, so how do you expect to have future customers if you don’t help the ones that are coming in looking for assistance.
wouldn’t help my mom with her bent glasses, because she didn’t get her eyeglasses there. they are broken and she can’t see, why does it matter where she got them? i’ve had my glasses for 10 years. does that mean if mine ended up broken or bent, they wouldn’t help me because i didn’t get mine there? nah. i’m good. hard pass on this place
I was seen in a timely manner and staff seemed friendly enough. I don’t know if I misunderstood or if it wasn’t explained clearly but based on a test that they ran, my UHC medical insurance was billed and not my EyeMed insurance. The exam was not covered. I basically feel that I paid a years worth of vision insurance premiums for nothing. When I got the invoice, it was not easy to understand and the $50 they forced me to pay upfront was not even referenced. The last 3 ot of 4 appointments my husband had he had to wait over an hour after his scheduled appointment to even get in to see the doctor and 1 appointment was just a contract fitting
