I was seen in a timely manner and staff seemed friendly enough. I don’t know if I misunderstood or if it wasn’t explained clearly but based on a test that they ran, my UHC medical insurance was billed and not my EyeMed insurance. The exam was not covered. I basically feel that I paid a years worth of vision insurance premiums for nothing. The last 3 ot of 4 appointments my husband had he had to wait over an hour after his scheduled appointment to even get in to see the doctor and 1 appointment was just a contract fitting

I would give this 0 stars if possible. The first negative situation with this place was with Dr Gruber who did the eye exam on my son. He explained nothing to me as to what was wrong with my son's vision. The severity was told to me that it was going to be a strong prescription. When I asked to have him clarify what that meant, he never responded. I ended up having to bring my son for a second opinion with a completely different practice (thankfully the 2nd clinic provided me with an understanding of his RX needed). The next... read more
