Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Never! Did this veterinarian answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Was this veterinarian friendly? Yes Did this provider show attention to detail? Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous Did this veterinarian seem overwhelmed with too many pets? No, he/she seemed very calm and not in a rush to see the next pet Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her

Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Yes Was there a designated area for your dog to go to the bathroom? No, but there was a little grass outside the office so it was fine

They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I... read more
